On Sept. 4th GRAND Boutique & Gallery presented a brand new collab fixed gear bike. The concept for our shop was of course developed by the F.E.T.I.S.H. Team. The idea was to develop a bike witch is changing to color as soon as it is exposed to the sunshine. Together with the color supplier PROCOLOR based in Switzerland we developed a paint which is changing the color from white (in the shade) to violet (in the sun). The hight tech front is painted in this so called photo-chromatic color and fading out into normal white color. So as soon as you run this bike from the shadow to the sunshine it starts to glow in a bright violet. The bike setup was supported by FIXED GEAR SWITZERLAND and OPINION bike shop. Thanks guys, great easy collab!!!
Because the launch was by night in GRAND Boutique & Gallery, we had to imitate the sunshine with a UV lamp. Anyway this pre-opening party for the BFF was a great evening. Music by MEL MERCURY, BLACK YARD hand-painted the so called Bug Buster Bike on a GORILLA FRAME, as well as on FREITAG BAGS.

This is real fun. The coming summer 09 collection is all about the Züri Punk wave in the early 80s. Hellz used bands such as Crazy, Liliput, the Bucks and even young Dieter Meier as inspiration. How the hell, did they know about that. Respect!!! I’m going to ask them and let you know the answer.
